Characteristics: Luminous yellow color with greenish luster. Fine, fruity, floral-mineral aroma with scents of ripe tropical fruits with a hint of pear and vanilla. Dry in taste with seductive fruity notes and fresh acidity. This supple and drinkable white wine with a balanced body goes well with spring dishes, appetizers, and fish.
