Maturation: 12 months in clay amphora
Characteristics: Ruby red color. Notes of cherry, blackberry, wild berry and an elegant nuance of spices and herbs. An excellent acidity carried by delicate, from the clay amphora well tempered tannins.
This wine was fermented spontaneously without the addition of sulfur.
